Q: Do you offer prints?

A: Yes, once your gallery is complete you'd be able to order a variety of print products from an online store.

Q: How long does it take to receive a Proof Gallery?

A: Your proof gallery is sent to you within 2 weeks.

 

Q: How long does it take to get the final digital images and prints?

A: Digital images are delivered via private gallery within 2 to 3, prints and other media can take up to 4 weeks.

 

Q: Can I get original or can I just get RAWs?

A: No, I do not provide any RAW images.

 

Q: What if I do not want editing, retouching?

A: All edits are up to the standard of my artistic eye, you chose me to be the vision.

 

Q: Can I order additional images later?

A: Yes, you can order additional images within 3 months of receiving your proof gallery. 

 

Q: Do you do a cake smash session? Do you provide the cake?

A: Yes, I love cake smash sessions. I do not provide cake due to the extensive amount of allergies and dietary restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the cake. I will guide you through the process of choosing the right design.

 

Q: Do you do hair and makeup?

A: No, I do not. I can provide you with a list of recommended makeup artists and hairstylists.

 

Q: Do you offer a Gift Certificate?

A: Yes, minimum applies.

 

Q: Do I own sole rights for my images?

A: No, the ownership stays with Olgie Studio, LLC./Olga Kazakova. You get copyright release right to reproduce.
